">Role Overview:
">We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility. The role is a mix of sales outreach, customer relationship management, and marketing support — ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-scaling sustainable materials company.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Identify and engage with potential customers (architects, interior designers, distributors, and furniture makers).
- Support sales pipeline through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media creatives) using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in content creation for campaigns, exhibitions, and customer communication.
- Track market trends and competitor activity in the engineered wood/building material space.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. Freshers with relevant skills welcome.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Canva, MS Office, social media platforms).
- Interest in architecture, interiors, or sustainable products is a plus.
- Self-starter, highly organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation.
