Environmental Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives, analyzing manufacturing emissions and engineering data, and leading sustainability initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Performance Management: Drive NPI program performance, revenue tracking, and localization NPIs (E4E) in India-based projects.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish analytics and reporting systems to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness, and sustainability metrics.
  • Lifecycle Assessment Studies: Conduct Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies for products and processes, supporting environmental impact reduction initiatives.
  • Report Generation: Generate LCA reports in line with ISO 14040/14044 standards, manage environmental footprint data, and identify optimization opportunities.
Role Requirements:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business processes and decisions.
  • Manufacturing Emissions Analysis: Analyze manufacturing emissions and engineering data to develop lifecycle inventories.
  • Sustainability Findings Presentation: Present sustainability findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for process optimization.
  • Leadership and Initiative Development: Lead and drive sustainability initiatives across the organization, focusing on Scope 3 emissions and supply chain improvements.
