As a Senior Sustainability Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our presence across diverse industries and markets in Canada and the US.
This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in ESG methodologies and contribute to various client engagements.
- Conduct research to deliver high-quality results on client projects
- Collaborate with team members on multiple projects, including ESG-related tasks, reports, strategies, and outputs
- Participate in ongoing methodological improvements for ESG practices
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders as part of business development and project management activities
- Deep knowledge and passion for sustainability and environmental concerns
- Proven experience in ESG consulting and/or management consulting
- Strong skills in people and time management, with the ability to educate and oversee peers
- Excellent communication and project management skills
The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Sustainability, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar field. They should possess strong analytical and writing skills, with experience in creating detailed reports, conducting ESG assessments, and supporting ESG strategies.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with ESG frameworks, GHG modeling, life cycle analysis, decarbonization plans, science-based targets, and Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reporting.
