About Us: Craste is a next-generation building materials company creating premium, tree-free, formaldehyde-free engineered boards from crop waste.

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.

The role is a mix of sales outreach, customer relationship management, and marketing support — ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-scaling sustainable materials company.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential customers (architects, interior designers, distributors, and furniture makers).

Support sales pipeline through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media creatives) using Canva or similar tools.

Assist in content creation for campaigns, exhibitions, and customer communication.

Track market trends and competitor activity in the engineered wood/building material space.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields preferred).0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

Freshers with relevant skills welcome.

Strong communication and people skills.

Comfortable with digital tools (Canva, MS Office, social media platforms).

Interest in architecture, interiors, or sustainable products is a plus.

Self-starter, highly organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Passion for sustainability and innovation.
