Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic communications plan to shape the company's presence across international markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Sales, to design and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Write and refine sales emails, case studies, and product narratives tailored to customer segments.
  • Design collaterals (presentations, brochures, knowledge decks) showcasing nutritional and scientific advantages.

Content & Digital Presence:

  • Manage digital channels, including newsletters and website updates.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with sales cycles and product launches.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-impact brand voice across all platforms.

Events & PR:

  • Plan event participation, product launches, and booth displays.
  • Manage branding & communications for conferences, expos, and customer events.
  • Collaborate with PR partners to position the company as a leader in sustainable nutrition and recombinant proteins.

Market & Competitor Insights:

  • Provide actionable insights to support business development and leadership decisions.

Storytelling & Creative Communication:

  • Translate complex technical and scientific material into engaging narratives.
  • Create customized content for diverse customer segments.
  • Work with designers to ensure timely, visually compelling deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Background: Brand management, B2B marketing communications or related fields.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in brand, marketing, or communications (preferably B2B, biotech, or nutrition sectors).
  • Skills: Email marketing, project management, collaboration.
  • Good to Have: Design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability, particularly for scientific and technical content.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across functions.
