**Marketing & Sales Role for Sustainable Materials**

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility in the sustainable building materials industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-scaling company that creates premium, tree-free, formaldehyde-free engineered boards from crop waste.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and people skills, be comfortable with digital tools, and have a passion for sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential customers (architects, interior designers, distributors, and furniture makers).
  • Support sales pipeline through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media creatives) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Assist in content creation for campaigns, exhibitions, and customer communication.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity in the engineered wood/building material space.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. Freshers with relevant skills welcome.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Canva, MS Office, social media platforms).
  • Interest in architecture, interiors, or sustainable products is a plus.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
