Role Summary:  

The Strategy Executive-Founders' Office will serve as a critical partner to the CEO-Founder, assisting in collaborating with critical stakeholders in view of company strategy and business. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, a strong ability to manage critical stakeholders both internal and external, and the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation and its partners and customers. 

Key Tasks and Accountability:  

-Strategic Initiatives and Planning:  

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives and organisational goals. 
  • Oversee special and strategic initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organisation's objectives. 

-Operational Oversight:  

  • Oversee organisational strategic initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. 
  • Aware of cross-functional collaboration and initiatives that require input and coordination across different departments. 

-Communication and Coordination:  

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO/Executive for identified stakeholders 
  • Coordinate communications, including preparing presentations, speeches, and reports for executive-level meetings and external engagements. 

-Executive Support:  

  • Provide direct support to the CEO-Founder, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and communications. 
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings. 

-Risk Management and Compliance:  

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks to the organization. 
  • Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Educational & Experience:  

  • Proven experience in supporting strategic/executive leadership, preferably as a Strategy Specialist or equivalent. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder communications simultaneously. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
