We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Professional to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility. This role involves sales outreach, customer relationship management, and marketing support.


Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-scaling sustainable materials company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers (architects, interior designers, distributors, and furniture makers)
  • Sales pipeline growth through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Creating and managing marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Assisting in content creation for campaigns, exhibitions, and customer communication
  • Tracking market trends and competitor activity in the engineered wood/building material space

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome. Strong communication and people skills are essential.
