At our company, we're building a next-generation guide and marketplace that helps people discover and book experiences, services, and activities in their city.

We're looking for a Digital Community Lead who can shape our brand presence across platforms, drive conversations, and grow engaged communities both online and offline.

  • This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll lead content creation, develop high-impact campaigns, and turn our platform into the go-to hub for city life and creators.
  • You'll have creative freedom, a strong support system, and the chance to create meaningful impact at scale.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing digital communities for a brand, startup, or media company.

Main ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy
  • Develop, plan, and execute original content across social media platforms, highlighting local creators, businesses, and experiences.
  • Ideate engaging campaigns, reels, carousels, newsletters, and community content that showcases our partners and city offerings.
Community Growth & Engagement
  • Build and nurture local networks across cities, fostering relationships with creators, businesses, and residents.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments; proactively identify opportunities for us to participate and lead.
Growth & Performance
  • Define and execute our growth strategy aligned with business objectives (audience growth, engagement, retention, partner acquisition).

We're looking for someone with a solid grasp of platform-audience-fit across various social media platforms.
