  • The Senior social media Specialist will develop and execute social media strategies to elevate brand presence and engage key audiences.
  • This role demands strategic thinking, content leadership, data-driven campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, lead, and implement integrated social media and PR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality content across multiple platforms to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Engage with online communities, respond effectively to audience interactions, and foster strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media contacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-8 years of progressive experience in social media management.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO fundamentals, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, translate insights into strategies, and report impact to senior stakeholders.
