About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Creative Lead to join our team. As a Digital Creative Lead, you will be responsible for creating visual delight in digital interfaces and developing creative concepts in product and communication design.

  • Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts for various digital platforms.
  • Translate client briefs into visually appealing designs that align with brand identity and objectives.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate requirements and feedback into the design process.
  • Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that meet user needs and project requirements.
  • Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and responsive design principles is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate

We seek a candidate with:

  • 3-6 years of experience in a digital agency or design studio.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to convey the core message of the task.
  • Consistently demonstrated professionalism and knowledge of different technical visual formats.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to shift project priorities quickly and change in design direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills to ensure consistency across design touchpoints.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing a range across brand and digital work.
