Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Real Estate. As the key representative for our real estate operations, this person will be responsible for leading our efforts in acquiring, developing, and managing our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Investment Models
    • To optimize investments, you will work together with market players to create and refine investment models that align with our company's goals.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • You will engage with local stakeholders and government bodies to ensure their support for our Fulfillment Center expansions.
  • Communication and Relationship Building
    • You will maintain regular communication with all business owners, including local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering functional representatives.
  • Landlord Relations and Contract Management
    • You will manage landlord relations, negotiate contracts, and handle any issues that arise.
  • Cost Reduction and Optimization
    • You will identify opportunities to reduce fix costs, including building-related expenses.
