Lead Senior Project Manager for Interior Design and Fit-out Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end interior design and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

  • Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
  • They will work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, as well as drive the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations, implementing HSE protocols across project sites.
  • Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • PMP/PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Experience with luxury interiors or international clients.
  • Exposure to sustainable interior practices.

What We Offer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, with 35 years in a senior role in interiors/fit-out.
