Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Program Director to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth across various functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-faceted projects with high complexity and varying size, ensuring timely delivery and quality excellence.
  • Create and maintain best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks for project management.
  • IDentify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Mentor project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Prepare MIS reports, present updates to leadership, and travel as required to support program needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with significant experience in program/project management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), MIS reporting, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
