Job Description

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple related initiatives, programs, and/or projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects align with the organization's strategic goals and portfolio.

This position involves leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and having a strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, MSP, Agile).

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Defining and managing the program/project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and leadership requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed program/project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Establishing and monitoring program/project metrics according to the methodology used.
  • Identifying, assessing, and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Ensuring program governance processes are followed, including regular status updates and decision-making forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • Relevant certifications in program and project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP).
  • Proficiency in program management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, MSP, Agile).
