Executive Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to fill the position of General Manager Operations.

This key leadership role involves designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with our company's vision and goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive goals for performance and growth

  • Oversight of daily operations and work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Evaluating performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
