Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial information to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounting, tax, and international standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow, monitoring customer credit and collection.
  • Develop and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and controls in line with partners' requirements.
  • Communicate fraud and compliance issues to the General Manager and Partners.
  • Promote a culture of internal and external compliance reporting and projections.
  • Provide actionable business analysis and insights through meaningful financial and operational metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address potential risks proactively.
  • Ensure high-quality reports meet partners' requirements, including monthly closing by local teams.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to build the entity's budget and ensure its monitoring.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team to deliver reliable financial statements.
  • Ensure ongoing training, confidence, and expertise for the finance team on local and international accounting regulations and company policies.

Requirements and Specific Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis methods, IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
