Business Growth Strategist

The role of Business Growth Strategist involves overseeing and managing the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

This position requires strategic direction, cash flow management, and financial planning to drive business expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead capital structure and financing options to achieve optimal returns on investment
  • Manage accounting and finance departments to ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations
  • Track cash flow and ensure financial reports are accurate and up-to-date
  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting team to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Develop annual operating, capital, and program budgets to support business growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and perform risk management through liability analysis and investment evaluation
  • Monitor business performance and establish corrective measures as needed to maintain financial stability

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in financial and commercial roles with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • Minimum 2 years experience in executive leadership or team handling role with expertise in strategic planning and decision-making
  • CA qualification or Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance with advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in independently handling finalization of books of accounts with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning with ability to analyze complex financial data
  • Working knowledge of how to raise capital through equity sale and traditional lines of credit with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
