  • Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Certified Accountant.
  • Post qualification 6-8 years of relevant Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
