Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enhancing our employer brand, attracting and hiring new team members, and ensuring successful onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise and work experience in the field of HR in a global company, with excellent knowledge of recruiting channels in India and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indian languages.

The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in supporting employee retention, personal development, and organizational integration. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all legal and administrative requirements are fulfilled in a compliant and timely manner.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take over leadership responsibility for further HR team members and contribute to the growth of the Indian team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enhance our employer brand in India
  • Attract and hire new team members in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Organize and ensure successful onboarding
  • Support employee retention with stable local HR operations & processes
  • Support personal development of Indian team members
  • Ensure excellent HR services and administration
Requirements:
  • Professional Requirements:
  • Strong expertise and work experience (8-13 years) in the field of HR in a global company
  • Very good knowledge of recruiting channels in India
  • Experience with high volume recruiting together with an external service provider
  • Payroll experience and extensive knowledge of Indian employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indian languages
  • Personal Skills:
  • Ability to work highly independently and deliver results within a given time frame
  • Willingness to stick to corporate standards
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Very good problem-solving skills, solution-orientated and self-efficient
