Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with sales and marketing teams, and have a strong analytical mind to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and develop plans to address them.

The selected individual will also be responsible for identifying key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships, resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively, and promoting high-quality sales processes.

In addition, the successful candidate will aim to preserve customers and renew contracts, approach potential customers to establish relationships, and gain solid knowledge of competitors.

  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Cultivate profitable relationships with key staff in client companies
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently

  • Establish new relationships with potential customers
  • Gather and analyze market data to stay competitive
Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
