Job Title: Green Entrepreneurship Specialist

The Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the implementation of green entrepreneurship initiatives in Nagpur. The successful candidate will work closely with government departments, green energy providers, and financial institutions to promote sustainable livelihoods and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support day-to-day implementation of green entrepreneurship interventions, including stakeholder coordination, data tracking, and on-ground support;">
  • Engage with local banks, MFIs, and NBFCs to enable financing options for DRE-linked enterprises;">
  • Build relationships with green tech providers, civil society partners, and local institutions to strengthen last-mile delivery;">
  • Collect, verify, and analyze field data in a timely manner; and">
  • Represent GAME in district-level review meetings, working groups, and government forums.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields;">
  • Experience in program coordination, renewable energy access, livelihoods, or MSME promotion; and">
  • Strong understanding of Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) technologies, use-cases in livelihood generation, and market-based deployment models.">

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and support field-level implementation effectively; and">
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to track and analyze program data.">
