Program Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator and support the implementation of green business and Decentralized Renewable Energy (DRE) solutions under the Nagpur Entrepreneurship Mission (NEM).

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with implementation partners and local government to enable the growth of sustainable, climate-aligned entrepreneurship.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact in driving economic development and promoting sustainable livelihoods in India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day implementation of green entrepreneurship and DRE-linked livelihood interventions;
  • Work closely with partners to identify use-cases, mobilize entrepreneurs, and monitor adoption;
  • Facilitate coordination with district authorities, Gram Panchayats, DISCOMs, and relevant line departments;
  • Coordinate local Working Group and Core Group meetings to review DRE interventions and resolve field-level bottlenecks;

About the Role:

This is a field-intensive role that combines stakeholder coordination, data tracking, and on-ground support for program delivery across sectors such as solar-powered livelihoods, green mobility, energy-efficient appliances, and other DRE-enabled business models.
