Project Coordinator Job Description">

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Assist in planning and executing project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using standard project management tools.
    • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Technical Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are delivered in line with project goals and objectives.
    • Review project plans, resource allocation, and implementation schedules.
    • Provide support where required, leveraging knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Governance & Reporting:
    • Maintain project logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
    • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices during project execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Participate in project meetings, documenting minutes of discussions and tracking follow-ups.
    • Escalate project-related risks/issues promptly to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
    • Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication, time management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Hands-on experience assisting in project cutovers or migrations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
