Project Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the project team to achieve objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of fabrication practices, including Skid components and their manufacturing techniques.
  • Gain extensive experience in various production methods and scheduling strategies.
  • Organize and manage Skid Projects at multiple sites with efficiency.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction levels exceeding 90% through effective project management.
  • Establish project objectives, standards, and production schedules that ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate resources for projects, production planning, and maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated on ASME standards, IBR codes, EN codes, and lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Prepare change orders, negotiate with customers, and secure milestone payments.
  • Ensure timely project delivery to prevent delays.
  • Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring commercial aspects are met.
  • Mitigate material risks through effective material requirements planning.
  • Collaborate with design, projects, purchase, and production planning teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in vendor selection and development.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and commercial terms.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME, IBR, EN Codes, and industry specifications.
