Our Clients in UAE are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with experience of delivering high-value oil & gas projects ($150M+). This is a leadership role where you'll drive full-cycle project execution—from mobilization to closeout—while safeguarding technical integrity, safety, profitability, and compliance.

Role Overview:

Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, HSE, QA/QC, and commercial functions to deliver projects on time and within budget. Represent the company with clients, partners, and contractors to ensure objectives are met and risks are managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of EPC project delivery
  • Coordinate site and project execution in line with contractual and safety requirements
  • Manage resource planning and budgetary controls to maximize efficiency and margins
  • Direct interface with clients, JV partners, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC
  • Lead claims, contract management, and final documentation / handover

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management (Master's preferred)
  • 15+ years managing large-scale oil & gas EPC projects – at least 5+ years in the Middle East
  • Proven leadership in construction environments
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership in a multi-disciplinary project environment
  • Solid understanding of contract law, EPC models, and project financing
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships in high-stakes environments
