Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive talent acquisition for our foreign university's campuses in India. This role will focus on hiring A+ talent, leveraging a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, partnering with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, UGC guidelines, and organizational policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
