We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Admin to join our team as a ServiceNow IT Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for improving business processes and managing continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyse the current environment and propose automation wherever possible.
  • Manage functional and process documentation.
  • Coordinate upgrades and changes to the ServiceNow instance.
  • Manage permissions and access (roles, users, and groups).
  • Guide business users with the process and ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operation and system issues.
  • Set up reports and schedule them.
  • Set up notifications and alerts.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders and implement ITIL best practices.
  • Manage Access Control Lists and scripts like server scripts and client scripts.
  • Manage CMDB health and fix exceptions to ensure it's up-to-date.
  • Develop and manage standard load templates to import updated data.
  • Resolve basic incidents and fulfill routine service requests.
  • Provide training to end-users and business owners.

Requirements:

  • You'll have a minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow administration or development.
  • You'll have hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM understanding and coordination with stakeholders to support accuracy.
  • You'll have experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
  • You'll have experience with ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher).
  • You'll demonstrate ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications.
  • You'll have experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred.
  • You'll have the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software application-related problems.
  • You'll have exceptional customer service skills.
  • You'll bring the ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market research. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
