HR Project Manager Role

This role focuses on strategic planning and execution of key HR initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Drive and manage HR initiatives and projects across functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to support the HR leadership team.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery through effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align project objectives and drive continuous improvement efforts across HR programs and processes.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and templates for effective project management, including budget tracking and ROI analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
  2. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
  3. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in project outcomes.
  4. Facilitate governance meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in project management and HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within an HR or business operations setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
