Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value to our clients by helping them address complex HR related issues and drive business outcomes through sound HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior leadership team in driving engagement and delivering results
  • Mentor the team for successful project delivery and meeting milestones
  • Strengthen existing client relationships, develop new business opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Master's Degree in HRM or MBA from a reputable institution/university
Desirable Skills and Qualifications

You should have:

  • 5+ years of HR consulting experience in a Big 4 or HR project-based organization of international repute
Key Competencies

You will need to demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, report writing/reviewing skills, and ability to drive and coach engagement delivery project teams.
