
Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our team of Broking Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of investment products, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. You will also identify new business opportunities within assigned clusters of key accounts and expand the client base through proactive sales efforts.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyze market trends, identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies, and provide market intelligence and insights to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Broking Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their investment needs and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned clusters of key accounts and expand the client base through proactive sales efforts
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies, and provide market intelligence and insights to clients and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Team management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured Products)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities to optimize sales strategies
