We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our global team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving accurate demand forecasting, optimizing inventory levels and ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

This is a critical contributor position to our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure that demand plans support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data and market insights
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and identify root causes for variances, driving continuous improvement
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
