Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-value projects from start to finish, integrating with business objectives through thorough planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks and processes (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile), improving efficiency and reducing delivery timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilise advanced project schedules using Microsoft Project for real-time visibility and accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee M&A integration initiatives, delivering due diligence, post-merger evaluation, and performance review.
  • Prepare status and milestone reports for executive reviews, communicating achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Optimise project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and organisational transformation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in project and programme management within PMO environments.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner/Foundation certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in M&A integration, change management, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Analytical, budgeting, and resource allocation abilities.
  • Fluency in English.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required. Continuous professional development in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
