Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage software development projects across diverse domains such as Gaming, Banking, Fintech, Fantasy Sports, IT, E-commerce, Logistics, Healthcare, and On-Demand Services. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Skill Sets

  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing software development projects from inception to delivery.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and ensure smooth execution.
  • Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Clickup, JIRA, Trello, Excel/Sheets, or similar.
  • Domain Expertise: Familiarity with at least one of the following domains: Gaming, Banking, Fintech, Fantasy Sports, IT, E-commerce, Logistics, Healthcare, On-Demand Services.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with the highest quality standards, meeting both client and company expectations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
