Job Overview

\

The Project Management Office Lead is responsible for the overall site management. This includes ensuring that all deliverables meet the specified requirements and are completed on time.

\

The role also involves managing the quality of work produced by team members, reporting to the customer on project progress, and participating in regular reviews with the customer.

\

Key Qualifications and Experience

\
  • A minimum qualification of B degree is required.\
  • Tech/MCA/MBA/MSc from a reputable institute with additional relevant IT certifications like ITIL & Microsoft/ Oracle/ CISCO etc.\
  • Post-qualification experience of 12 years, out of which at least 5 years should be as a Team Leader.\
    • Lead the project management team and ensure successful project delivery.\
    • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.\
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.\
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers and team members.\
    • Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.\
    • Continuously monitor and improve project performance to ensure timely completion and within budget.\
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.\
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success in their roles.\
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.\
    • Conduct regular project review meetings with the customer and project team to ensure alignment and address any issues.\
    • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.\
    • Manage and mitigate project-related risks and issues.\
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.\
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budget.\
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing project team.\
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in project management.\
    • Network and build relationships with other professionals in the field.
