Project Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Lead to oversee cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope.

  • Job Summary:
  • A seasoned Project Manager with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
