Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-performing teams to deliver successful projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, estimating resources and participants needed, and oversee the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring seamless delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and maintain a centralized tracker accessible to clients.
  • Conduct regular progress reports, presentations, and meetings to ensure clear communication channels and collaboration among team members.
Required Skills:Technical Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with project management and release management software, such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions, with a focus on release management processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile project management frameworks and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, managing both project and release schedules.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion, ensuring successful release deployments.
