Job Description

The Technical Manager oversees teams to ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases.

They guide the team through development, testing, and implementation stages, reviewing completed work effectively to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead teams in adherence to procedures, policies, and documentation requirements
    • Guide team through development, testing, and implementation stages
    • Provide technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration
    • Makes quick decisions and solves technical problems
    • Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning, and manage software and hardware availability
    • Provide technical training to teams and serve as a technical mentor
    • Present project status, monthly, and annual reports to senior management
    • Meet with client teams, gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings, and track project progress
    • Interview candidates and hire resources
    • Conduct performance reviews of team members, identify areas of improvement, give feedback, and recommend promotions or salary increments

For this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. You should also have experience in project management, technical training, and team mentoring.
