Job Title: Tooling Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our tooling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information to the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate mold quotations, capacity assessments, and design for manufacturing (DFM) analysis at the ESI stage.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects according to schedules.
  • Track progress and quality of whole team projects.
  • Prepare summary reports for molds that cannot be closed on time.
  • Collaborate with production sites to resolve mold problems and ensure successful production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong project management skills and sense of responsibility.
  • Familiarity with office software, CAD, Pro-E, and UG.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
