About the Role:

We are seeking an AI-savvy professional with a passion for teaching and enabling digital transformation. As our AI Tools & Techniques Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and empowering various departments across the organization with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, productivity tools, and automation platforms. This role bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hands-on training and workshops for different departments on how to leverage emerging AI tools
  • Customize sessions based on departmental functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, CRM, Project Management, Customer Support).
  • Stay updated on the latest AI trends, platforms, and productivity tools relevant to business use cases.
  • Create easy-to-understand learning materials, guides, and best-practice manuals.
  • Act as an internal AI evangelist—helping teams identify automation opportunities and AI-powered efficiencies.
  • Offer one-on-one or group mentoring where necessary to reinforce learning and adoption.
  • Collaborate with the L&D and Digital Transformation teams to track progress and impact.
  • Develop a framework for ongoing upskilling and digital enablement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong passion for AI, automation, and emerging technology.
  • Prior experience in training professionals or conducting workshops (internal or external).
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, no-code platforms, AI-driven productivity apps).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Previous exposure to corporate functions and workflows is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Certification in AI, data science, or instructional design.
  • Experience with corporate learning platforms and LMS tools.
  • Background in business consulting or digital transformation initiatives.
