Role: Manager Projects / Program

Job Location: Sriperumbudur

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare business case for new RFQs received from sales team.
  • Should gave worked on Global Customer Projects
  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies.
  • Responsible for conducting PMC (Project Management Committee) meetings.
  • Coordinate with all Department/Functional Heads, assign teams and ensure smooth rollout of the customer project internally.
  • Manage Projects with Supplier Integration and first point of contact between Internal Project teams, settle issues of any Functional Teams with Customer.
  • Knowledge of Product Cost Margins and Product Development Costs.
  • Solid knowledge APQP, PPAP Milestone Charts.
  • Facing customer Audit as per customer internal self-assessment report.
  • Negotiation with customer in both cost and timing.
  • Fulfilling customer PPAP requirements in OEM Portals and PSW sign off with customer.

Candidate Background:

  • BE Mechanical Graduate with atleast 10+ years of work experience in Program / Project Management & NPD.
  • Should be working with leading Automotive OEM / Tier 1 Majors.

Compensation Budget is limited to INR 17 Lakhs per annum including variable incentives.
