Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As an Insurance Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling consultations with sales representatives to facilitate the sales process.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by presenting insurance and mutual fund products to potential clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with their choices.
- Goal Achievement: Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.

- Any Graduate or a related field is preferred.
