Insurance Sales and Business Development Specialist

About the Role: As a key member of our team at Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales and relationship-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our company's insurance products and services to effectively cater to client needs.
- Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with current and prospective clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely, efficient, and satisfactory manner.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an insurance sales profile (Health/Motor/Life).
