Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative - Growth Specialist serves as a vital link between our marketing and sales teams. This position focuses on generating new business opportunities through various outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients.
We are seeking an individual who can effectively lead generation by identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research, cold calls, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for communicating with prospects to understand their needs and suggesting suitable services, as well as scheduling meetings for the sales team and providing them with detailed information about prospects.
This role involves collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance lead conversion, conducting market research through different tools to identify potential clients and market opportunities, and maintaining a database of leads and tracking progress using CRM software like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, cold calls, and email campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and suggest suitable services.
- Sales Support: Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide them with detailed information about prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software like Salesforce.
