Financial Leadership Role

**Job Summary**

  • This is a leadership position that oversees all financial activities for Banqueting & Catering businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning.
  • They will oversee accounts, payables/receivables, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
  • Review and analyze P&L, cash flows, and operational metrics for banqueting and catering projects.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulations; coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.

**Requirements**

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or equivalent qualification, with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.

**The Ideal Candidate Will**

Drive strategic and operational leadership to ensure compliance, profitability, and process excellence. Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins, and control expenses.

Mentor and supervise the finance team; drive a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity. Manage vendor contracts, payment cycles, and timely disbursements to suppliers and service partners. Conduct variance analysis, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
