About this Role: We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Qualified Chartered Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact in a dynamic organization.

This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate closings, liaising with auditors, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, providing strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions, and analyzing financial performance to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

You will also interpret and implement new accounting standards, provide guidance on complex accounting issues, and support M&A transactions from an accounting perspective. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present financial insights to senior leadership, and support strategic initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Technical Accounting & Advisory:
  • Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.
  • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.
  • Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.
