About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Director of Risk Management, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and assessing complex risks to measure exposure and design control frameworks for mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk management and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor risk changes and generate insights for operational or tactical risk response.
  • Perform deep dives into material or emerging risks due to threat profile or business strategy changes.
  • Manage issues, perform root cause analysis, remediate vulnerabilities and fix gaps in control environments.
  • Mitigate CFCC risks introduced by business changes, assess impact on businesses and take proactive measures for sustainable growth.
  • Provide business risk advisory on policy, regulation, product or business change for sustainable growth.
  • Offer actionable risk insights and recommendations to drive client-aware outcomes and decisions.

  • Promote knowledge exchange, continuous learning, agile prioritization and collaborative work practices.

  • Execute through example, build and influence the desired culture and values.
  • Maintain strong relationships across Professional Services teams, countries and risk managers.

Risk Management

  • Deliver defined aspects of the Professional Services role to support Group's CFCC risk management approach and objectives.
  • Develop risk-based compliance frameworks for identifying, assessing, managing and reporting CFCC risks.
  • Build identification and escalation processes for potential CFCC related risks and issues to senior management through governance channels and Quality Assurance frameworks.
