Risk Management Director

As a Risk Management Director - Wholesale, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies are in place across our wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management initiatives, including enterprise risk management, to align with our company's risk appetite.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide regular reports, including early warning signals, on key risk metrics and indicators.
- Evaluate operational risk metrics at business line level and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and update scorecards or rating tools for internal client rating.
- Foster collaboration between operational risk, information security, business continuity, internal audit, and compliance functions to ensure alignment.
