Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales through field visits, client meetings, and lead conversion.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Promote company products in the region by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by analyzing customer needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to ensure smooth sales operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure policy renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (BFSI / FMCG / Telecom / Field Sales preferred).
  • Graduation required (any stream).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
