Job Opportunity: UI/UX Specialist

About the Role
  • This position is an exciting chance to combine brand identity, digital design, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases both brand design and UI/UX capability. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI design tools is essential. The ability to balance speed with taste and attention to detail is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand & Visual Design
    • Create high-impact campaigns, ads, and digital creatives by translating briefs.
    • Develop clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
    • Build brand systems that communicate value and elevate perception.
  • UI/UX Design
    • Design intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
    • Own the full cycle: wireframe → prototype → polished design.
    • Consider edge cases, responsiveness, and seamless user flows.
  • Agile & AI-Enhanced Workflow
    • Work in rapid cycles: design, ship, learn, refine.
    • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, generative image platforms, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate ideation and asset creation.
    • Bonus: ability to generate branded mockups, icons, and illustrations on demand.
Requirements:
  • A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in brand design and UI/UX.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI design tools.
  • Ability to balance speed with taste and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing for digital-first contexts (social, product, mobile, web).
  • A bias toward action, with a hunger to improve every day.
